Questions and misconceptions
The most common questions we receive from our clients — and our honest answers.
I don’t want my customers talking to a robot.
The goal isn’t to replace your team, but to relieve them of repetitive tasks. The chatbot escalates more complex questions to your customer service team.
I’m concerned about data security and GDPR compliance.
The system can be configured to run entirely within an environment of your choice. We never use your data for other clients, and we help you meet the relevant legal requirements.
What if the AI gives irrelevant answers?
SemanticAI relies exclusively on your database, products, and rules. During the initial implementation phase, we train the system together and monitor its responses. You decide what goes live.
We’re not technically prepared.
We work closely with you throughout the implementation of SemanticAI. If needed, we also help design the integrations and data connections. You don’t have to figure everything out in advance.
Can it be used in data-sensitive industries such as legal services and healthcare?
Yes. SemanticAI supports on-premises deployment, allowing all data processing to take place entirely on your own servers in compliance with strict data protection requirements.
Does SemanticAI work with our existing software, or do we need to implement a new system?
SemanticAI is software-independent. If your existing system supports integration, there is no need to introduce a new solution.
SemanticAI can be seamlessly integrated into your current software environment, enhancing its capabilities and helping you get the most out of the solutions you already use.

Is it cloud-based or available on-premises?
SemanticAI offers a cloud-based user experience while also supporting on-premises deployment on your own servers.
This is particularly important for organizations that prioritize data security and do not want their data processed through cloud services such as OpenAI GPT or Google Gemini.
Will I be able to see exactly what data the system uses?
Yes. SemanticAI provides full transparency into the data used by the system. You can track its source, type, and processing, giving you complete control over which documents and information are used to generate responses.
Can I access the system from home, or only from the workplace?
SemanticAI can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection, whether you are at home, in the office, or on the go, with the same user experience wherever you use it.
Will I be able to use it without technical expertise?
Yes. SemanticAI has a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to use without technical expertise.
The system handles complex processes in the background, so you only need to focus on searching, asking questions, or uploading documents.

How customizable is the response style?
SemanticAI offers extensive customization options for its response style.
You can configure its tone of voice, level of detail, and formal or informal style, ensuring that its responses align with your company’s communication guidelines and your target audience’s expectations.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Data security is a key consideration in the design of SemanticAI. The system can run on-premises or in a secure environment controlled by your organization, ensuring that confidential data is never shared with external service providers or transferred outside the EU.
Uploaded data can only be accessed by authorized users, giving you complete control and security.
What happens if I upload incorrect data?
SemanticAI generates the most relevant responses it can based on the available data. If incorrect data is uploaded, the accuracy of its responses may decrease.
We therefore recommend verifying your data before it is processed.
Can it learn from our internal company materials?
SemanticAI can process your company documents, supplementing the AI model’s general knowledge with information from your internal data.
It is important to note that knowledge from these documents does not become part of the underlying model. Your company information is used solely to generate responses and cannot be accessed by anyone else.
Can rules and restrictions be applied to its responses?
Yes. SemanticAI’s modular architecture and configurable settings allow us to apply rules, restrictions, and style guidelines to its responses, ensuring that the system always operates in line with your business requirements and data protection standards.
Can it be used with our own company database?
Yes. SemanticAI can be flexibly integrated with your own database and used to process internal documents, data, and information, ensuring customized and secure operation.
Can it handle multiple languages at the same time?
Yes. SemanticAI can process multiple languages simultaneously. This makes it possible to work with documents intended for different markets, e-commerce product descriptions, and internal materials at the same time, delivering relevant results in every language.
Does it support Hungarian?
Yes. SemanticAI fully supports Hungarian, providing accurate and relevant results when processing documents, websites, and internal knowledge bases.
How exactly does AI-powered search work, and how does it differ from traditional keyword search?
Rather than looking only for matching words, it understands the meaning of both the search query and the underlying data.
This allows it to return relevant results even when users phrase their queries imprecisely or use different words from those found in the source documents.
Can it interpret images, charts, and tables, or only text?
Yes. SemanticAI can interpret images, charts, and tables as well as text.
This makes it suitable for tasks such as enhancing e-commerce product images, processing visual elements in documents, and automatically extracting structured data from tables.
We’ve been working with paper documents and spreadsheets. Will we still be able to use it?
Yes. SemanticAI can be flexibly adapted to your existing workflows. It can automatically extract relevant information from unstructured sources—such as text documents, emails, invoices, and contracts—making the data easy to search and process automatically.
